Starling Bank are one of the few app-based banking services to pay interest on money held, at 0.5% AER on balances up to Β£2,000, and 0.25% on balances above Β£2,000 (up to Β£85k).

Overdrafts and Lending

Starling offer an overdraft facility, as well as personal loans. Once your account is approved you will see the overdraft offered to you, and you can set the overdraft to be lower if required.
